a highly regarded boutique, chambers-recognised firm in hampshire is seeking an experienced private client solicitor to join their growing team.
your role:
→ manage a diverse caseload of wills, trusts, probate, and estate planning
→ advise HNW and UHNW clients on tax and powers of attorney
→ ensure compliance with legal requirements while providing exceptional client service
A highly regarded firm is looking for an experienced and motivated senior paralegal to join their busy dispute resolution team.
your role:
→ support partners & solicitors in property litigation and general litigation matters
→ manage a caseload of disputes, including landlord & tenant issues, lease renewals, possession proceedings, and boundary disputes
→ conduct legal research, draft legal documents, & prepare trial bundles
→ liaise with clients, counsel, & third parties, ensuring cases progress efficiently
→ oversee & assist junior paralegals, contributing to training & team development.
what you need:
→ solid private client experience with strong organisational skills
→ ability to handle intricate workloads independently and within a team
→ STEP membership or progression towards it is preferred
