a prestigious legal 500 firm in bournemouth is seeking a skilled solicitor to join their expanding contentious trusts and probate team in their esteemed office.
your role:
→ handle inheritance act claims, will disputes, and proprietary estoppel claims, providing expert guidance and representation throughout each case
→ manage trust disputes, contested court of protection applications, and statutory wills, ensuring thorough legal analysis and effective resolution strategies
→ address executor/trustee removal, estate/trust maladministration, and asset tracing, resolving complex matters with a focus on protecting client interests
→ navigate constructive/resulting trusts and will construction disputes, utilising your expertise to deliver clear, strategic advice to clients
A highly regarded firm is looking for an experienced and motivated senior paralegal to join their busy dispute resolution team.
your role:
→ support partners & solicitors in property litigation and general litigation matters
→ manage a caseload of disputes, including landlord & tenant issues, lease renewals, possession proceedings, and boundary disputes
→ conduct legal research, draft legal documents, & prepare trial bundles
→ liaise with clients, counsel, & third parties, ensuring cases progress efficiently
→ oversee & assist junior paralegals, contributing to training & team development.
