a prestigious legal 500 and chambers-ranked firm in bournemouth is looking for a senior contentious construction solicitor to lead and grow their expanding construction team.
your role:
→ manage complex construction disputes, including contractual claims, delays, and defects
→ lead and mentor a team of solicitors, fostering their development
→ build the firm’s contentious construction practice and client base
→ oversee litigation, arbitration, adjudication, and mediation
A highly regarded firm is looking for an experienced and motivated senior paralegal to join their busy dispute resolution team.
your role:
→ support partners & solicitors in property litigation and general litigation matters
→ manage a caseload of disputes, including landlord & tenant issues, lease renewals, possession proceedings, and boundary disputes
→ conduct legal research, draft legal documents, & prepare trial bundles
→ liaise with clients, counsel, & third parties, ensuring cases progress efficiently
→ oversee & assist junior paralegals, contributing to training & team development.
what you need:
→ 8+ years pqe in contentious construction law
→ proven leadership and business development skills
→ expertise in construction contracts and dispute resolution
