a prestigious legal 500 firm in bournemouth is looking for a talented commercial property solicitor to join their growing commercial team.
your role:
→ manage sales, purchases, and leases of commercial properties, ensuring smooth transactions and compliance with all legal requirements
→ handle lease extensions, contracts, easements, and development projects, providing expert advice to clients throughout each stage
→ oversee infrastructure projects, offering in-depth legal expertise and contributing to the successful completion of complex developments
A highly regarded firm is looking for an experienced and motivated senior paralegal to join their busy dispute resolution team.
your role:
→ support partners & solicitors in property litigation and general litigation matters
→ manage a caseload of disputes, including landlord & tenant issues, lease renewals, possession proceedings, and boundary disputes
→ conduct legal research, draft legal documents, & prepare trial bundles
→ liaise with clients, counsel, & third parties, ensuring cases progress efficiently
→ oversee & assist junior paralegals, contributing to training & team development.

→ proven experience and passion for commercial property law, with a track record of managing a variety of commercial property matters
→ strong organisational skills and attention to detail, able to manage a busy caseload and meet deadlines without compromising on quality
→ excellent communication and client service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and offer clear, strategic advice
